產(chan)品(pin)特(te)點
1.防(fang)爆空調按性能可分(fen)為單冷和冷暖兩種,按結構形式(shi)可分(fen)為窗機、分(fen)體掛壁式(shi)、分(fen)體柜式(shi)三種。
2.防爆空調是在空調的(de)(de)基礎上,按照(zhao)GB 3836系列標準的(de)(de)要求進行(xing)防爆設計(ji),采用(yong)特殊加(jia)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝和制造(zao)方法進行(xing)防爆加(jia)工(gong)(gong)處理(li);

處理方案
1.掛(gua)壁式、柜式防爆空調(diao)都是在普通空調(diao)的基礎上(shang),嚴格按照GB 3836系列標準對(dui)室內、室外機分別進行防爆處理;
2. 室(shi)外機:按照標準的要(yao)求(qiu),采(cai)用特殊工藝(yi)和制造方法,對內部電氣控制部分、壓縮機、風(feng)機和保護系(xi)統進行加工處(chu)理,加工處(chu)理后的室(shi)外機外型、安(an)裝尺寸及安(an)裝方法與原機*;
3. 室(shi)內機:將(jiang)室(shi)內機內部(bu)(bu)電氣控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)分(fen)解,按照標準要求,重(zhong)新進行防爆(bao)設計處理,形成獨(du)立的防爆(bao)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)箱(xiang),實現手動控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)能。防爆(bao)處理后,室(shi)內機外形尺寸、安裝方式與原機*。防爆(bao)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)箱(xiang)尺寸見(jian)選(xuan)型表;
4. 在室內、室外(wai)機(ji)防爆(bao)處理過程(cheng)中,采用多種防爆(bao)形式(shi),弱電(dian)控制部分采用本安(an)防爆(bao)處理形式(shi)。
